GENTIQ is operated as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) by the person named above. The business consists of developing and publishing the GENTIQ iOS application and generating revenue from in-app subscriptions and affiliate commissions.
Operating under the Austrian small-business rule (Kleinunternehmerregelung, § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG) where applicable: VAT is not charged on invoices while annual turnover remains below EUR 55,000. VAT / UID status is updated in this imprint as soon as the small-business threshold is exceeded or a UID is issued by the Austrian tax authority.

Purpose of this website
gentiqclo.com is the corporate website for GENTIQ, an iOS application for AI-assisted personal styling. The site describes the product, links to the App Store for download, and hosts legal documents (Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, this Imprint). Commercial transactions (subscriptions) take place exclusively inside the iOS app via Apple’s App Store.
Affiliate disclosure
The GENTIQ iOS application contains affiliate links to third-party retailers. Any link that may generate a commission is labelled as advertising (“Werbung” / “Advertisement” / “Sponsored”) at the point of tap. Details of the affiliate networks used, the data processed, and the commercial relationship are disclosed in Section 13 of our Privacy Policy and Section 10 of our Terms of Use.
